I provide a structured process in which each party can set out their position, listen to the other’s perspective and explore options with clarity. My role is to guide the conversation steadily and impartially so the parties can consider practical, balanced solutions.

I have facilitated more than 1,000 mediations, with experience in civil and commercial disputes. In addition, I bring over 25 years of commercial experience from roles in advertising, marketing, business development and start-up environments.
